The 2006 version of the Nelson Picnic is set for Sunday, August 6, 2006 at noon. The location is the same as the 2004 gathering, the Odebolt Community Center, 116 East Second Street, Odebolt, Iowa.

A catered lunch of pork loin with all the trimmings will be served. The cost of the lunch including a contribution for the rent of the community center is $10.00 per person.

At the last reunion in 2004, it was agreed to hold the reunion the first or second weekend in August. It was also decided to move the date to a Sunday instead of Saturday.

Please RSVP Pam Wollesen by June 30, 2006. She needs to report to the caterer on the number of attendees by that date.
